Shawn started his career as an insurance producer shortly after his grandfather passed suddenly from cancer. His family did not have the financial means to give him a proper burial. Watching his grandmother and mother suffer through this was hard enough. Listening to them worry and cry over not having the money was even worse. Talk about kicking someone while their down. Going through this traumatic event without having money was how he developed his passion for helping people get their life insurance in place.

He has now been offering life insurance to people for 7 years. In that time, he has developed an ability to find that absolute best plan for anyone. He has helped over 2,000 families throughout the United States find the lowest monthly cost with highest coverage. He does this by carefully partnering with the most reputable carriers in the country. Each company is different and not one is a fit for everyone. Michael has been a business owner since 1991 excelling in training and
10x-ing multiple businesses. Because of the 2019 pandemic, Michael
searched for a business that could be pandemic and recession resistant,
giving him the ability to do what he loves most, closely working with and
serving the public. He found supplemental insurance where he served for
a year, then moved to final expense in 2020. He has now transitioned to
Mortgage Protection and Retirement Protection Industries.

Within months, Michael became a top producer winning multiple awards
and trips. After working with only two insurance carriers for the first two
years. Michael decided to join Unlimited Financial Group to give him
access to over 50 carriers and give him a much better ability to serve, at
the highest level, the clients he values so much.

Michael is considered an expert in the field of insurance with the main
focus on Mortgage Protection and Final Expense. He also is considered to
have above average knowledge on annuities. In 2020 Michael wrote over
300 applications for Life insurance and intends to dramatically increase in

I was born and raised in Southern California.  I got married at age 19 and followed my Marine husband to Okinawa, Japan for 4 years. I settled in the Las Vegas area to start my insurance career. I started this career with the ownership of my first insurance office in Las Vegas, Nevada. The quantity of retirees moving to Las Vegas during that time frame,  averaged around 5,000 per month.  I became an expert on helping retired individuals with their financial futures. Hard to believe that was over 35 years ago!  I became investment licensed and started my carrier in the banking industry.  I was still helping people plan their financial futures as an Investment Banker. I stayed in this industry for over 10 years, but eventually went back to my passion, making sure people were properly insured. I have continued in the financial industry either as an owner of insurance offices, or helping other insurance offices better their businesses.  My carrier has always focused on reviewing clients portfolios and making suggestions to improve their financial positions.  I am now licensed in over 8 different states and multiple different companies.  This allows me to get the best coverage’s for the client, depending on their situation. I have lived in the Colorado area for over 18 years. I plan on working many more years, continuing to show clients the best path to follow, to secure their financial freedom.  I work primarily over the phone and using zoom calls.  In today’s environment, this is the safest way to visit with clients.  (Even if my two Corgi’s occasionally add their comments in the background) I will still visit clients in their home when necessary.  I am still a little old school, so in person discussions are still the best way to get to know your client.  I have always enjoyed my career and show my clients how important it is to review their financial information on an annual basis.

Being an adjunct professor at several Universities over the years, Richard brings a multi-disciplinary approach to every individual need that he works with. His unique approach and firsthand knowledge as the father to six, is his ability to work through concerns that you may have in a user-friendly fashion. When you need to reach out to someone who is there for you family when it matters the most, regardless of what stage of life you are in, Richard will be there to help.

Tina started in working in an insurance office during her senior year of high school and continued while she attended college.

She obtained her Property & Casualty license in 1990 and worked strictly with Personal Lines on the agency side for the first 10 years of her career before she transitioned to Commercial Lines. She was Life & Health licensed in 2009 and obtained her CISR Designation shortly thereafter. She also worked as a Commercial Renewal Underwriter for a large surplus broker owned by Brown & Brown.

She has commercial clients she continues to work with; yet, she has been more focused on working with Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Life insurance as well as Annuities for the past 7 years. She is also Medicare certified and is dedicated to helping seniors navigate the confusing world of Medicare.

With almost 34 years of experience, she is an asset to have on our team as she works alongside Vance Mitchell, as his partner.

Cody enlisted in the Marine Corps out of high school and served our country from 2015 to 2019. He was a Corporal in the Infantry where he spent his time as both a rifleman and a machine gunner. After he left the Marine Corps, he became certified as a Commissioner and worked throughout the midwestern part of the United States.
He decided to settle down near his family in Idaho and set bigger goals for himself and then joined his father working in insurance. He obtained his Idaho Life Producer license in March of 2021 and started working in the field immediately protecting families in the Southwest Idaho area.
Cody purchased his first home in the Treasure Valley and is looking forward to working with other new homeowners and working with them on their Mortgage Protection Life plans.
