I was born and raised in Southern California. I got married at age 19 and followed my Marine husband to Okinawa, Japan for 4 years. I settled in the Las Vegas area to start my insurance career. I started this career with the ownership of my first insurance office in Las Vegas, Nevada. The quantity of retirees moving to Las Vegas during that time frame, averaged around 5,000 per month. I became an expert on helping retired individuals with their financial futures. Hard to believe that was over 35 years ago! I became investment licensed and started my carrier in the banking industry. I was still helping people plan their financial futures as an Investment Banker. I stayed in this industry for over 10 years, but eventually went back to my passion, making sure people were properly insured. I have continued in the financial industry either as an owner of insurance offices, or helping other insurance offices better their businesses. My carrier has always focused on reviewing clients portfolios and making suggestions to improve their financial positions. I am now licensed in over 8 different states and multiple different companies. This allows me to get the best coverage’s for the client, depending on their situation. I have lived in the Colorado area for over 18 years. I plan on working many more years, continuing to show clients the best path to follow, to secure their financial freedom. I work primarily over the phone and using zoom calls. In today’s environment, this is the safest way to visit with clients. (Even if my two Corgi’s occasionally add their comments in the background) I will still visit clients in their home when necessary. I am still a little old school, so in person discussions are still the best way to get to know your client. I have always enjoyed my career and show my clients how important it is to review their financial information on an annual basis.
